The house features a combination of elements that suggest a blend of cottage and farmhouse styles, with hints of villa elegance. The exterior is adorned with windows that bathe the interior in natural light, and the roof adds a touch of classic charm to the overall aesthetic.



Surrounding the house and lawn, mature trees and well-kept bushes contribute to a sense of privacy and tranquility, framing the property in natural beauty.



A key focal point in the scene is a cozy fire pit, inviting gatherings during cooler evenings, adding a sense of warmth and community to the outdoor space. Multiplex Dwelling

A 4-unit multiplex with appealing facade that contributes positively to the streetscape and enhances the urban fabric. Incorporated elements of Vancouver's architectural vernacular while introducing contemporary features to create a distinctive identity for the multiplex.



Vancouver encourages densification to accommodate its growing population while preserving green spaces and minimizing urban sprawl.



Offer a mix of unit sizes to cater to diverse demographic needs, including singles, couples, and families. With stack units, soundproofing between floors are provided using wood floors with sound underlayment, 1.5" concrete topping, rockwool insulation, resilient channels and fire proof ceiling board.

This is the first Passive House certified EnerPHit in Canada. It tells a story of a property that is not just a dwelling but a statement of living harmoniously with nature while achieving recognition for quality.



The property, adorned with meticulous landscaping, features a variety of lush plants and trees that enhance its majestic appearance. At the heart of this picturesque scene lies a meticulously designed pool area, promising a tranquil escape for its inhabitants. The expansive windows and elegant porch inviting natural light and offering views of the surrounding beauty. The property's expansive yard and villa-like appearance suggest a blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal, making it a dream for those who appreciate fine real estate. The presence of a rock garden with grass and plants introduces a natural element, seamlessly integrating the man-made and natural worlds.

the black middle filter shows the filtered out air contamination after six month of use and

the third bottom filter shows the filtered out air pollution after one month use during wild fires.

This Passive House in Vancouver is also Netzero-ready. Dominated by a palette of black and white, the scene exudes a timeless elegance, further accentuated by the striking contrast between the architectural elements and the natural surroundings.

The open-concept room's layout and the overheight ceiling indicate a versatile space that can easily adapt to various needs, from day-to-day living to hosting guests. The blend of functionality and style speaks to a modern lifestyle, where comfort and design go hand in hand, creating a space that is both inviting and aesthetically pleasing. The living room kitchen and loft space are bathed in natural light streaming in through the expansive passive house certified windows that dominate the space.



These south-facing windows provide solar heat gain through the cooler winter months that help lower heating demand. Energy-efficient heat pump air conditioning units are installed to provide comfort on warm summer days.
The living room with large windows not only showcases a snapshot of contemporary interior design but also evokes a sense of tranquility and openness, characteristic of penthouse apartment living.
